Michael Francis

Michael Francis has extensive experience in IT support and application analysis, currently serving as an Application Support Analyst and IT Support Coordinator for Built since October 2019. Previously, Michael worked at Hutchinson Builders from April 2014 to July 2019 as an IT Support Technician, providing Level 1 and 2 support for over 1500 users and specializing in software troubleshooting within the construction industry. Michael's career in IT began as an IT Support Trainee with the Queensland Government's Department of Education and Training from December 2009 to December 2010, offering Level 1 support in an ITIL compliant environment. Before entering the IT field, Michael developed valuable customer service skills as a part-time Customer Service Representative at Target from July 2005 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Multimedia, Robotics, ICT, and Sound Development from Griffith University.
