Laura Rayner

Laura Rayner serves as a People Operations Specialist at Built In since December 2023. Previously, Laura held various roles at Guaranteed Rate, culminating in the position of Senior Onboarding Lead, where responsibilities included planning the onboarding experience for over 100 new hires and participating in executive-level planning meetings. Prior experience includes a business operations analyst role at U.S. Bank, where Laura designed and managed training programs, and earlier roles in loan administration and coordination. Laura began a career in human resources with an internship at Eastern Illinois University, where foundational skills in onboarding processes and HR functions were developed. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University.
