Joe Waters currently serves as Executive Vice President at First Volunteer Bank and has been with Builtwell Bank since September 1990, holding the position of Finance Executive. Joe Waters earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Covenant College, where studies were completed from 1996 to 1998. Prior education includes attendance at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU from 1994 to 1996.
