Megan Cassell

Megan Cassell, CPA, has a work experience that includes various roles in different companies. Megan started their career as an Accounting Intern at Kenco Group from August 2007 to May 2009. After that, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Century Park Associates from May 2009 to July 2012. Megan then joined CapitalMark Bank & Trust, where they worked in the Finance department from July 2012 to August 2015. During their time at Builtwell Bank, Megan held multiple roles including VP, Financial Analyst; Senior VP, Financial Analyst; and CFO, starting in August 2015.

Megan Cassell, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Accounting at Hiwassee College, from 2003 to 2005. Megan is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of Tennessee since 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking through the American Bankers Association and a Wharton Leadership Certificate from Wharton Executive Education, both in 2023.
