James Pemberton

James Pemberton is currently the Business Improvement Manager at Buitelaar Group. James has previous experience as a farmer and in supply chain operations at Breedr. Prior to that, James worked as a Business Development Manager at ABP Food Group. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with Industrial Placement from Lancaster University, where James was also a Student Ambassador and Chair of the Management School Association. Additionally, James has experience as a Business Analyst at Olswang (now CMS) and as a Campus Headhunter at Sanctuary Search.
