Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Buitelaar Group is responsible for steering the company's overall strategic direction and ensuring the alignment of its diverse divisions, including Meat, Ingredients, Pet Food & Raw Materials, Hides & Skins, and Circular Systems. They drive initiatives focused on sustainable and regenerative agriculture, oversee operations across the company's 16 European sites, and uphold the principles of transparency, traceability, and quality. Acting as the primary decision-makers, they foster collaboration with farmers and other stakeholders to deliver superior products and services in domestic and international markets.
