César Enrique Encina León

César Enrique Encina León is a highly experienced software engineer and engineering manager with a diverse background in technology roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Level 4 at Buk since February 2020, César also holds positions as Engineering Manager and Tech Lead, along with experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Prior to Buk, César worked at Autofact Chile SpA from May 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included leading IT projects focused on B2B platforms, infrastructure management on AWS, and full-stack development.
