Tamara Quintana Guajardo

Tamara Quintana Guajardo is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in customer success and human resources. Currently serving as a senior project manager at Buk since October 2019, Tamara has effectively progressed through roles including project manager and customer success analyst. Prior to Buk, Tamara worked at SERVICIOS UNION GLOBAL SERVICE SpA as an executive assistant in human resources, where responsibilities included personnel administration and recruitment assistance. Additionally, experience spans several years with GyT Group, Treid, and Orange Latam in roles focused on customer service and sales. Tamara also completed professional internships in human resources at ingenieria ICG S.A., ultimately securing a position as a human resources assistant. Tamara holds a degree in Human Resources Engineering from Instituto Profesional Duoc UC, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
