Renjith Divakaran

Renjith Divakaran has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Group Human Resources Manager at Bukhatir Group since July 2012. In this role, Renjith leads HR operations for over 25 business units across various industries, managing a team of 30 HR business partners to implement company-wide HR strategies. Previously, Renjith worked as an HR Specialist at Jurassic Technologies, where responsibilities included managing onboarding logistics for both local and foreign employees. Additionally, Renjith held the position of HR Administrator at Aptech Learning Services, focusing on employee onboarding and attendance management. Renjith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, a CHRM certification from the American Certification Institute, and a Diploma in Computer Software Engineering.
