Bria Jones is the current Director of Customer Care at Bulb. Bria has held previous positions as Director of District Partnerships, Webmaster/Communications, and Web Redesign Project Manager. Bria has also worked as a Social Business Community Manager. Bria is committed to the discipline of learning and the craft of teaching. Bria strongly believes that technology should enhance and accelerate both instead of detracting from them.

Bria Jones has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Sociology from Coe College. Bria is certified from iCEV in CTE Inspired 2021 Presenter.

They work with Scott Willingham - Chief Revenue Officer, Erik Petrik - Founder, and Steve Miller - VP, Digital Marketing. Bria Jones reports to Eric Goldreyer, CEO.
