Luka Đumlija has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Luka started their career at Amis Telekom d.o.o. in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Support Agent, handling customer calls and fixing service problems. Luka then progressed to the role of a Technical Support Specialist, supporting VoIP, Internet, and IPTV services, and testing end-user hardware. In 2016, Luka moved to VIPnet d.o.o. as a Technical Specialist Coach, providing support for VoIP, Internet, and IPTV services, and working with different technologies. Since 2017, Luka has been working at Bulb Tech, first as a System Integrator/Developer, and later as a System Integration and Software Development Team Leader. Currently, they hold the position of a Software Developer, demonstrating their expertise and progression in the field.
From 2014 to 2017, Luka Đumlija attended the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in IT Technologies with a specialization in Office IT.
