Isabelle Castellini

Isabelle Castellini serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organisation at Bulgari since November 2013, after the brand's acquisition by the LVMH Group, contributing to the alignment with LVMH's management framework and achieving significant growth targets. Prior to this role, Isabelle was the Vice President of Global Human Resources at TAG Heuer from April 2001 to October 2013, where a new global HR strategy was developed, resulting in substantial financial growth. Isabelle also held the position of Human Resources Development Director at Veuve Clicquot from September 1996 to March 2001, where labor relations were modernized, and served as Human Resources Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 1982 to August 1996, focusing on organizational development and HR strategy implementation. Educationally, Isabelle holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Grenoble, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
