Joe Sapienza

Joe Sapienza is an experienced tax and legal professional currently serving as the Global Tax Manager at Bulgari since January 2022 and as Of Counsel for ANote Music since March 2021, providing IP law advisory and consultancy in business strategy. Previously held the position of EMEA Tax Lead at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included managing tax audits and optimizing compliance activities. Additional experience includes a role as a Trainee Lawyer focusing on transfer pricing and international tax at Arendt & Medernach, and as an intern in the legal department at MUFG Investor Services. Joe also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at the Università degli Studi di Firenze for tax law courses. Educational qualifications comprise an LL.M. in European and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Firenze, along with a law study period at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
