Desislava Grigorova has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Head of Sector and Chief Expert in the Payments Directorate at Bulgarian American Credit Bank since November 2017. Prior to this role, Desislava worked at CIBANK JSC from December 2003 to October 2017, holding various positions including Local Operational Risk Manager, Process Manager, Chief Expert in Payment Specification, Customer Claims and Methodology, Legal Advisor, and Expert/Chief Expert in the Cross-border Payment Department.
