Pavlina Boneva

Pavlina Boneva has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Pavlina started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Hebros Bank, where they worked until 2005. Pavlina then joined Hebros Bank again in 2005 as the Head of Program Office until 2006. In 2006, they moved to Bulgarian National Bank, where they worked as a Manager in Planning and MIS until 2009. From 2009 onwards, they worked at Bulgarian American Credit Bank, starting as a Compliance and Risk Specialist and progressing to positions such as Compliance and Risk Officer, Deputy Director of Risk Management, and finally Director of Risk Management.

Pavlina Boneva pursued their education starting from 1992 at the American University in Bulgaria, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics between 1992 and 1996. Pavlina then continued their academic journey at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2000 to 2002, earning an MBA with a focus in Finance and Strategy.
