Jim Webb has over 30 years of experience in engineering and safety leadership across various roles and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Bulk Handling Systems since June 2007, Jim Webb leads project and production engineering teams, focusing on efficiency, engineering standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Prior to this, Jim Webb was a Safety Representative at Norwest Safety from June 2004 to June 2007, promoting safety measures and best practices. Jim Webb's career began at Grenzebach Group, where progressive roles from Project Manager to Vice President Operations were held over an 11-year period.
