Paul Holman

Paul Holman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul is currently the Director of Sales - N. America at Bulk Handling Systems, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of material sortation equipment for recycling. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract COO as a self-employed professional. Paul also served as the Commercial Leader - International Markets at Philips, where they were responsible for sales, customer support, and business development in all international markets. Before Philips, they were the General Manager at Electrical Geodesics, Inc., overseeing all day-to-day operations. Paul also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations at Innovent - Semiconductor Systems Division. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing - Semiconductor Equipment Market at Senior Flexonics - Metal Bellows Div. and as the Business Unit Manager - Chip Packaging & Hard Disk Drive Products Group at Innovex Inc. (formerly Adflex Solutions).

Paul Holman completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Kent State University between 1983 and 1987. In 2004, they attended the Harvard Business School for an Executive Education Program focusing on Leading Change and Organizational Renewal. Additionally, in 2001, Paul Holman participated in an Executive Education program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Driving Strategic Innovation.
