M.sc. Richard Morales Pe

Richard Morales, M.Sc., PE, F.ASCE, currently serves as the Manager of Field Application Engineering at Bull Moose Tube since March 2023, following a distinguished career that includes a role as Director of Engineering at LB Foster from August 2008 to March 2023. Richard’s leadership experience extends to serving as Past President of the American Society of Civil Engineers from June 2015 to June 2020. Previous positions include Director of Major Projects - Engineering and Construction at ARAMARK, Sr Project Manager at Phelps Dodge Copper Mining and Lockheed Engineering & Sciences, and Bridge Design Engineer at Caltrans. Richard began their engineering career as a Structural Research Engineer at the National Bureau of Standards/National Institute of Standards and Technology. Richard holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of New Mexico. An Executive MBA in International Business was obtained from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
