Alexandra Piaia is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as Brand Manager - Chilled and NPD Project Manager at Bulla Dairy Foods since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager - Food Ingredients and Food Technologist at Ballantyne Foods from October 2017 to November 2021, along with earlier positions as Food Technologist & QC Technician at Bon Appétit Australia Pty Ltd. Alexandra began their career as a Research and Development Assistant and has also worked as a Swim Teacher and Volleyball Coach at Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre and The Academy of Mary Immaculate, respectively. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2013 and 2015, and completed secondary education at The Academy of Mary Immaculate from 2007 to 2012.
