David Pilley is an accomplished engineering projects manager with extensive experience in the dairy and food industries. Currently at Bulla Dairy Foods since April 2017, David oversees engineering capital projects aimed at product commercialization and operational efficiency. Previously, David held various roles at Lion from April 2006 to April 2017, culminating in leadership of major capital projects and operational management of a waste water treatment facility. Early career contributions included engineering and production management roles at Kraft Foods and Devondale Murray Goulburn. David holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Science from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University.

At Bulla, the same three families have been making dairy products in country Australia for six generations and export them all over the world. We make dairy products with care, craftsmanship and passion, like we've been doing for over 100 years. We make Bulla Cream in batches, the way we did in 1910. All Bulla Ice Cream is still made with fresh milk delivered daily. We continue to hand cut our Cottage Cheese, and our Frozen Yoghurt is made with Bulla probiotic yoghurt and real fruit.
