Muhammad Asfand Yar

Muhammad Asfand Yar is a Projects Lead at Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd. Muhammad has previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanical Planner at the same company. Muhammad also worked as a Contract Intern at Descon Engineering Limited, focusing on presentation skills, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and identifying contract problems. As a Field Intern at Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Muhammad recommended improvements and built relationships at different levels. Additionally, as a Power and Mechanical Intern at NESPAK, Muhammad compared power plant projects, discussed power shortages, studied feasibility reports, and understood site selection principles. Muhammad is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lahore University of Management Sciences with previous degrees in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management and Mechanical Engineering.
