Bennie Caldwell is the Director of Quality at Bullen Ultrasonics. Bennie has over 13 years of experience in quality management and engineering, and has been with Bullen Ultrasonics since March 2019. Prior to joining Bullen Ultrasonics, Caldwell was the Quality Engineering Manager at NuVasive from September 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they managed a team of Quality Engineers in support of a multi-process manufacturing facility. Bennie has also held Quality Manager positions at NEO Technology Solutions (EPIC Technologies), DRT Medical, LLC, and Norwood Medical. Caldwell began their career as a Sr. Process Engineer at Silfex, Inc. - A Division of Lam Research Corporation, where they worked for five years before moving into quality management.
Bennie Caldwell has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton. Bennie also has a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Bennie is certified by RABQSA as a Certified ISO 13485 Lead Auditor and by ASQ as a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
Bennie Caldwell reports to Tim Beatty, President. They are on a team with Lucas Schroeder - Director of Operations, Greg Fitch - Director of Business Development, and Craig Mayrer - Director of Finance.
