Mark Evans has been engaged in the construction industry for over 40 years serving as a time keeper, assistant superintendent, project manager and division manager up to his present position as president.

Known for his technical acumen and client service orientation, Mark’s dedication is legendary and central to the reputation Bulley & Andrews has built as one of the nation’s most trusted and accomplished contractors.

During the course of his career, Mark has cultivated a number of long-standing relationships with clients such as The University Club of Chicago, DePaul University, S&C Electric and McDonald’s Corporation for whom he has performed numerous new construction and renovation projects. Mark has earned a strong reputation for his collaborative approach to construction, fair treatment of trade partners, problem-solving ethos and ability to exceed clients’ expectations.
