Jonas Berg

Jonas Berg has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Ski Instructor at Whistler Blackcomb, followed by a role as a Ski Instructor and Tour Guide at Tom-Skireisen from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Leader of Project Management for a cooperation project between Rhenus Logistics and HS Osnabrück, where they were responsible for group organization, process analysis, and stakeholder management. Jonas also worked as a Working Student in the accounting management of innogy SE, where they handled tasks such as final accounts preparation and processing using SAP and MS Excel.

From 2020 to 2021, Jonas worked at eBZ GmbH as a Working Student in Financial Management. Their responsibilities included managing the accounting department, designing a decentralized purchasing process, and handling data transfer and payment preparation. Following that, they interned at Silexica as a Finance and Controlling Intern, where they focused on restructuring the procurement process, automating ERP system processes, and conducting data analysis for strategic decision-making.

In 2021, Jonas joined RG Finance GmbH as a Finance Manager, where they acted as an external CFO for startups and growth companies. Their tasks included monitoring accounting, planning, controlling, and providing strategy insights from a financial perspective. Currently, they are working as a Finance Manager at bullfinch since October 2022.

Jonas Berg pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they briefly studied at Universidad Mayor, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Ingeniería Comercial. After completing their undergraduate studies, Jonas went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Business & Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2022 to 2024.
