Alyssa Sharkey

Alyssa Sharkey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Global HR Operations, currently serving as Director at Bullhorn since November 2018. Alyssa has successfully managed multiple HR initiatives, including migrating requisition processes to a consolidated HRIS, launching employee engagement surveys, and overseeing Open Enrollment planning for a global workforce. Previously, Alyssa played a key role in talent acquisition by developing the company's first Hiring Manager Toolkit and optimizing recruitment workflows. Prior to Bullhorn, Alyssa worked at Business Talent Group, where significant operational efficiencies were achieved through the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System. Alyssa began a professional career with a focus on social justice as the Executive Director of The Detroit Partnership after earning a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
