Donny Payne

Donny Payne is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the SaaS industry, currently serving as SVP Sales for North America at Bullhorn since January 2013. With a background that includes roles such as Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Director, Donny has played a key role in driving sales and building high-performing teams. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Talemetry and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where Donny managed significant sales initiatives and operational responsibilities. Donny co-founded Hire Velocity, focusing on Recruitment Process Outsourcing for Fortune 1000 clients, and has held prior roles with Global Knowledge and Hudson, where Donny developed sales teams and strategic client relationships with notable Fortune 500 companies. Donny began their career in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the 82nd Airborne Division. Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Georgia and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Luther Rice College & Seminary.
