As VP of Global Sales Operations, Rich Amaral is responsible for developing and overseeing effective sales processes to enable the sales organization to run and grow effectively. His team is responsible for managing sales facing systems, KPIs, reporting, target setting, compensation planning, and territory design & execution. He brings a combination of functional skills and experience across sales, strategy, product, corporate development, and finance to assist the sales organization in growing and running efficiently. Prior to Bullhorn, Rich spent nearly a decade at Akamai technologies in varied Finance and Sales Operations roles, managing everything from Revenue Accounting and Web Division Product Finance to North American Sales Operations. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
