Susan Whalen

Susan Whalen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, education, financial analysis, and business management. Currently serving as a Bullhorn Automation Customer Success Consultant since October 2021, Susan previously worked as a New York State Certified Teaching Assistant at Clarkstown Central School District. Susan also owned and managed Academy Way Apartments, overseeing all administrative and financial functions. Earlier career roles included owner and resume writer at Big Dog Resumes, and financial analyst positions at MCI International, General Foods USA, and NYNEX Mobile Communications. Susan holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University and a BS in Computer Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
