Wendy Buchta

Wendy Buchta is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Bullhorn since September 2021, Wendy previously held various roles at Sage People from November 2015 to September 2021, including Engineering Director and Interim Director of Product Engineering. Earlier career highlights include positions as an Application Development and Support Contractor at Endava and Applications Developer at Trinity Mirror Group PLC. Wendy began a career in technology at BNFL as a Y2K Analyst and served as Assistant Local Agenda 21 Co-ordinator at East Hampshire District Council. Wendy holds a BSc HONS in Environmental Management and Technology from the University of Sunderland, completed in 1998.
