Tracy Weikel

Tracy Weikel is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in library services. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Bullitt County Public Library since August 2003, Tracy has held various roles including Public Relations Coordinator and Office Assistant/Webmaster. Notable achievements include a significant increase in reference department usage, the launch of innovative reference services, and a website redesign. Previous experience includes positions at Sarabande Books as Contest Manager and Summer Intern, and as a Librarian Assistant at Lexington Public Library. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Kentucky, a certificate from the Columbia Publishing Course, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Kentucky.
