CFO in Residence at Bullpen Capital

Rick Santos is the current CFO in Residence at Bullpen Capital. Rick has previously held the position of Group Controller at Intel Corporation, where they were responsible for financial planning, reporting and control functions for the company's $1.5 billion Digital Home and Consumer Electronics businesses. Santos also played a leadership role in the acquisition and integration of a demodulation and tuner business from the UK, as well as a digital image processing company from Israel. In addition, they headed an effort to capture 20% expense reduction by championing and building consensus for significant right-sizing and product line re-focus based on analysis of investment, market model and ROI. Prior to their time at Intel Corporation, Santos served as Vice President & CFO at Digilens, Inc. and as a Consultant at Validity Investors.

Rick Santos graduated from California State University, Humboldt with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1986. Rick went on to attend Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University for advanced studies. Rick is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
