Heather Deyling

Heather Deyling is a Professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design, with experience instructing courses in Foundations and Painting since September 2015. Deyling also teaches online classes in Design I, Color Theory, Drawing I, and Drawing II. Additionally, Deyling serves as a Guest Instructor at Bullseye Glass Co., leading a class on texture and mark making. Past experience includes teaching watercolor techniques and mixed media at the Richmond Art Center and a prior role at Savannah College of Art and Design from 2006 to 2015, where Deyling covered various drawing and design courses and contributed as Team Leader for the Foundations Blogs and Social Media Committee. Deyling holds an MFA in Painting from Tyler School of Art at Temple University.
