Andy has experience in implementing SCCM solutions, managing workstations, and delivering upgrades for organizations in various sectors. Before Ultima, Andy worked as a Technical Manager at Sony Electronics and as a Technical Support Manager at Sony. Andy has a background in technical engineering and support, with experience in customer workshops and solution proposals. Andy also has experience at Centreprise International as a Technical Engineer.
