Lara Burton, MBA, GPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in Human Resources. Lara began their career in 2015 as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist for Promise Healthcare, Inc. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources for Forte Veterinary Partners. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager for Ambrosia Treatment Center. In 2021, they served as an Interim Global Consulting Lead - HR for bully! entertainment, where they conducted HR department audits, analysis, and recommendations, created and implemented policies, and developed and renewed contracts.
