Megan Thiesing

Megan Thiesing began their career in 2016 as an International Marketing Intern at Bully! Entertainment. Megan then moved to NetNoggin\u00ae where they served as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Lead until 2020. In 2020, they returned to Bully! Entertainment as the Director Creative Production/Global Operations Lead and Sr. Creative Producer/Global Operations Lead. In this role, they provided creative and operational leadership for a team of 20+, managing high-level project schedules/capacity, driving innovation within projects, managing client communication, and cultivating/supporting a high-functioning creative team. Megan was also responsible for implementing and achieving higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness in production, refining existing processes, and streamlining business functionality.

Megan Thiesing obtained their Dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management and Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Art English from Salisbury University from 2014-2017. Megan then obtained certifications from Cornell University, Dale Carnegie, HubSpot Academy, Google, and HubSpot Academy from 2018-2019. These certifications included Marketing Strategy, Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations Program, Growth Driven Design, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, Google Analytics for Beginners, Sales Enablement Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and Social Media Certification.
