Previously, Shawna held leadership positions at Propper Daley, including EVP of Client & Talent Operations, where responsibilities encompassed business development and project delivery. Shawna founded iRise Marketing Partners LLC to assist small businesses in growth strategies, and has held various roles in prestigious companies like Rosetta, MXM, BrandingBusiness, and VML, where impactful marketing and digital strategies were developed.
