Ray Leisy has a diverse work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Ray began their career as the Banquet Beverage Manager at Reno Hilton in 2000, where they were responsible for coordinating and executing special events and supervising a large beverage staff. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the General Manager of the Patio Room, overseeing the operations of a busy 330-seat casual dining venue. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Beverage Manager at Reno Hilton, before moving on to become the Director of Restaurants and Beverage Operations at Grand Sierra Resort in 2007. In 2011, they were promoted to Executive Director of Catering at the same company. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Bullys Sports Bar & Grill as the Director of Operations.
