Matthew Bailey is an experienced engineer currently serving as a TVM Engineer at Bulten Group since July 2020, focusing on cost reduction and optimization of the existing product portfolio. Previously, Matthew worked as an Application Engineer at Optimas Solutions from April 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction and providing engineering support as an onsite representative at JLR's Castle Bromwich facility. Matthew began their career as an Engineering Apprentice, acquiring relevant engineering qualifications at Solihull College while integrating practical experience in the engineering sector.
