Jen Crownover

Jen Crownover is a seasoned professional in talent management and workplace experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Workplace Experience and previously as the Senior Manager of Talent Operations & Strategy at Bumble since October 2019. With a strong background in recruiting, Crownover has held key positions at Spiceworks as a Recruiting Manager, and at Blackbaud as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where significant contributions included managing full lifecycle recruiting and creating specialized onboarding experiences. Earlier roles at Technology Navigators, Inc. and Dynamic Computing Services provided foundational experience in recruitment and sales support. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HDF from The University of Texas at Austin.
