Kenya Fairley

Kenya Fairley serves as the Planning & Partnerships Associate Director in the Trust & Safety Business Unit at Bumble since July 2021, focusing on enhancing online community safety and supporting wellbeing programs for content moderators. Previous notable positions include Head of Safety Support at Bumble, where critical safety programs for reporting incidents were developed, and Supervisory Family Violence Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, providing leadership and grant management for family violence prevention initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles at organizations such as NO MORE and the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, with expertise in training, capacity building, and technical assistance in the domestic violence sector. Kenya holds a Master’s in Counselor and Adult Education from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Carolina Central University.
