Michelle Davis, PhD, currently serves as Staff Product Manager for AI at Bumble Inc., a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Michelle was the Lead Product Manager at Headspace from July 2022 to November 2025, where leadership focused on the AI & Outcomes team, developing Ebb, an empathic conversational companion, and various digital interventions to improve mental health outcomes. At Big Health from 2018 to 2022, Michelle was the Senior Clinical Product Lead, notable for the development of Daylight, the first FDA-approved app for generalized anxiety disorder. Previous experience includes a role as a Clinical Researcher at Baylor College of Medicine, with a research background in anxiety disorders and OCD across multiple institutions, and over 20 peer-reviewed research articles published. Michelle earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
