Alfred Soare

Alfred Soare is currently serving as Referatsleiter in the Bundesministerium für Inneres (BMI) since November 2022, specializing in administrative applications. Concurrently, Alfred holds academic positions as FH Lektor at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and as Univ. Lektor at Technische Universität Wien, focusing on media, law, and data informatics. Previous roles include Senior Software Architect and IT Manager at BMI, as well as Fullstack Developer, UX Engineer, and Scrum Master at Twins. Alfred's career began with software engineering positions at BMI, CSC, and BAWAG. Alfred holds multiple degrees from Technische Universität Wien, including Diplom-Ingenieurin in Logic and Computation as well as Software Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and an Ingeneur degree from HTL Spengergasse.
