Gernot Goluch

Gernot Goluch is an experienced professional in the field of information security and applied research, currently serving as the Stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter and Referatsleiter at Bundesministerium für Inneres since September 2017. Gernot has held various positions, including President of (ISC)2 Austria Chapter since October 2012, and has extensive prior experience at SBA Research, where Gernot was Head of Applied Research and a Senior Security Analyst from January 2006 to August 2017. Additionally, Gernot was a Software Security Group Team Lead at Security Research GmbH between January 2009 and December 2012. Gernot holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Wien, obtained in 2006.
