Caroline Schulte

Caroline Schulte currently serves as Referentin der Geschäftsstellenleitung and Junior Projektmanagerin at Bundesverband der Personalmanager (BPM) since August 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at segmenta from February 2022 to July 2023 as a Junior Consultant in Corporate Communications and previously as a Trainee in the same field. Between January 2018 and February 2022, Caroline was a Werkstudentin in E-Commerce & Kommunikation at Löning Mode GmbH & Co. KG. Additional experience includes an internship in PR at Stilgeflüster GmbH and a role as Freier Redakteur at NOZ/mh:n MEDIEN from February 2017 to July 2017. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Kommunikation und Management from Hochschule Osnabrück, completed between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor (FH) in Kommunikationsmanagement from the same institution, obtained from September 2016 to March 2019.
