Katharina Jäger is currently serving as the Head of Innovation & Technology at Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V. In this role, she is responsible for leading a team that brings together experts and visionaries to actively shape digital transformation. With a focus on future-oriented technologies, Katharina ensures that BVDW and its members are at the forefront of the latest developments and trends. Prior to this, she held various roles at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, including E-Commerce Specialist in Customer Care and Customer Experience. Katharina holds a Master of Arts in Digital Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

The Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V. is the organisation that represents the interests of companies in the field of interactive marketing, digital content and interactive added value.
