Gena Goolsby, ACC, CPCC has extensive experience in corporate training, coaching, and talent recruitment. Currently working at Bundle as a Corporate Soft Skills Trainer, Goolsby delivers personalized training sessions to empower skill growth and enhance performance. At Charles Schwab, Gena served as the Lead Coach & Trainer for the NERD Program in Schwab Technology Services, onboarding and developing numerous full-time employees. As a Program Director, Goolsby represented the Chief of Staff/Business Management Office and contributed to the Workforce Strategy for STS. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Gena Goolsby has a strong background in sales, recruiting, and talent development.
