Kirk Feiler

Kirk Feiler, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Bundy Baking Solutions since July 2025. Prior to this, Kirk held the same position at Cathcart Rail from January 2022 to June 2025, and undertook interim and independent assignments from October 2020 to December 2021. Kirk's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. from September 2012 to October 2020, where responsibilities encompassed Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance and M&A, and Director of Finance. Kirk also served as Chief Financial Officer at Anomatic Corp. from April 2011 to September 2012 and held multiple positions at Eaton Corporation between December 1997 and April 2011, including Operations/Division Controller and Financial Projects and Compliance Manager. Earlier in the career at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 1997, Kirk advanced to the level of Senior. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from The Ohio State University, completed in 1993.
