André Trotta Arnoni

André Trotta Arnoni is a Senior Analyst of Open Innovation at Bunge, responsible for leading Open Innovation and Innovation & Tech Culture initiatives within the global Ecosystem Strategy area since April 2023. Prior to this role, André served as a Senior Analyst of Innovation at Innoscience Consultoria, executing open innovation projects and strategy for major companies from March 2021 to March 2023. André also held the position of Junior Analyst of Innovation at Beyond HR and worked as an Account Officer, managing sales processes and marketing activities. Additionally, André gained experience as a Human Resources intern at Whirlpool Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and ongoing professional education at MIT.
