David Mills

David Mills is an experienced professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Ethics, Business Integrity & Security at Bunge, where responsibilities include leading regional ethics and compliance managers and overseeing global initiatives such as anti-corruption training and risk assessments. Previously, Mills held various roles at The Boeing Company, including Regional Senior Manager for Ethics, Compliance, and Investigations, where complex investigations were directed, and interim responsibility for corporate investigations was managed. Early career experience includes serving as a Criminal Investigator and Patrol Corporal at the St. Louis County Police Department and military service as a Criminal Investigator for the US Army. Mills earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
