Dianna Guajardo

Dianna Guajardo currently serves as the Global Manufacturing Digital Transformation Sr. Director at Bunge since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dianna held multiple positions at PepsiCo from May 2004 to January 2024, including Supply Chain Director - Digital Transformation and Director Global Supply Chain (Digital Manufacturing), where responsibilities centered on leading strategies for the Global Digital MAKE Program and enhancing manufacturing efficiency through insightful analytics. Dianna also served as the Global Supply Chain MES Program Change Management Director, focusing on driving adoption of MES solutions, and as Lean Six Sigma Transformational Strategy Sr. Manager, developing manufacturing solutions in Snack Plants. Earlier experience included roles as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, West Division Supply Chain Project Manager, and Operations Manager overseeing distribution centers. Dianna holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Wireless Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
